Terms of Sales

Article 1 – Scope – Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale define the contractual relationship between LOISIRS COTE VACANCES and the customers of our hotels and residences, unless there is a specific written derogation. They also apply to any reservation made via our central reservations office, directly with our hotels and residences, or via the Internet. The registration of the reservation and the sending of the confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction and acceptance of the operations carried out.
Any validated reservation entails the express and complete acceptance of our general conditions of sale, the recognition of having perfect knowledge of them and the renunciation of availing oneself of its own conditions of purchase or other conditions.

Article 2 – Reservation and terms of payment
The reservation of an apartment is only valid after it has been accepted by the reservations department or the residence manager and the payment of a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay for residences and the provision of a credit card number as a guarantee for hotels. In case of prepayment, the balance must be paid 30 days before your arrival date without reminder from us.
Failing this, we reserve the right to consider your registration canceled and to apply the cancellation fees provided.
For online booking, the customer is fully informed that one month before departure, the balance of the price of the stay and, where applicable, the associated services will be debited automatically and without notice from the bank account used at the time of booking reservation.
For bookings made less than 1 month before the start date of the stay, full payment must be made at the time of booking.
For passing customers and monthly stays, payment will be made upon presentation of the invoice upon arrival.
The invoices will be drawn up in the name of the resident or the legal person who supports the stay.
The resident will have to justify the assumption by the said legal person of his expenses of stay, failing which the invoice will be established in his name.

Accepted payment methods:
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or payment link provided by LCV. Any failure in payment or debit will be notified, and if not resolved within 5 days, may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.

Article 3 – Cancellation
Any cancellation of stay must be notified by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt addressed to our reservations department and will be taken into account on the date of receipt.
LCV Residences:
Cancellation compensation will be collected automatically and without formalities in the following cases and under the following conditions:
• cancellation more than 7 days before your arrival date, the administration fees will be retained.
• cancellation between the 7th and 3rd day before your arrival date, 50% of the total amount of the stay and the administration fees will be kept.
• cancellation 3 days or less before your arrival date or no-show, 100% of the stay and the administration fees will be retained.

Hotels and hotel residences of LCV:
Cancellation compensation will be collected automatically and without formalities in the following cases and under the following conditions:
• cancellation 2 days or less before your arrival date or no show, the first night of the stay will be charged to your credit card. To obtain a possible refund, we advise you to take out cancellation – interruption of stay insurance.

If you book a “non-cancellable” rate, the LCV establishments can at any time debit the credit card provided for payment of the stay. A refund will no longer be possible.

Possibility of rebooking:
In certain cases and at the discretion of LCV, a cancellation may be converted into a rebooking for a later date without additional fees, subject to availability and communicated conditions. This option is not guaranteed and must be requested at the time of cancellation.

Article 4 – Duration of stay
With the exception of specific contracts with our partners (“allotment”), no rental contract can be signed for a period of more than 1 month.

Extension
Subject to availability and at the discretion of the Residence Manager, the length of stay may be extended. In the event of an extension, a new rental contract will be signed. Any extension requires that all sums owed by the customer for his previous stay be settled in advance.

Early departure
The stay may be interrupted before the contractually agreed term, by informing the residence manager within the following time limits:
• More than 48 hours in advance in the case of a stay of less than 7 nights.
• More than 7 days in advance in the case of a stay of 7 to 29 nights.

In the event of early departure, the applicable price will be that corresponding to the duration thus shortened. Any rate change related to a departure will apply retroactively to the customer’s account from the date of arrival.

Refund on early departure:
No refund or compensation will be granted for early departure unless explicitly agreed in writing by LCV.

Article 5 – Arrival / Departure
LCV Residences:
In high season, unless expressly agreed by the reservations department or the residence manager, the minimum stay is 7 nights with arrival scheduled for Saturday, between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m., and departure the following Saturday before 10 a.m.
In low season, the days of arrival are free, the minimum stay is 2 nights, with an arrival from 3 .m. and a departure before 10 a.m.

LCV Hotels:
Check-in time is from 4 p.m. (16:00) and check-out is until 11 a.m. (11:00).
The establishment offers the possibility of late check-out or early check-in at a cost of CHF 20 per hour, subject to availability and prior arrangement.

Article 6 – Price
Our prices are inclusive of all taxes and include, unless otherwise provided in the rental contract, the provision of accommodation and charges (electricity extra for monthly rentals).
The tourist tax is per person and day from 18 years old and payable on site.

Article 7 – Responsibility and Insurance
The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during the stay. LCV recommends that guests subscribe to travel and cancellation insurance to cover possible risks including cancellation, interruption, or damages.

Article 8 – Privacy and Data Protection
LCV collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Personal data will be used solely for managing reservations and providing services. Customers have the right to access, rectify, and request deletion of their data.

Article 9 – Children and Pets
Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. If minors are not accompanied by an adult, they must provide a parental authorization along with a copy of the identity document of the parent or legal guardian. Pets are accepted only if explicitly authorized by LCV and may be subject to additional conditions or fees.

Article 10 – Modification of Terms and Conditions
LCV reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be informed of any changes, which will apply to bookings made after the notification.
